Consent to Electronic Records and Signatures

Last updated: August 10, 2026

Your agreement to receive our disclosures and notices electronically — and your right to change your mind.

Federal law — the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act, 15 U.S.C. § 7001 — requires us to get your consent before we deliver certain records to you electronically instead of on paper, and to tell you your rights first. That is what this page does. Consenting is optional, and you can withdraw it at any time at no cost.

1. What you are agreeing to

When you check a box, click a button, or submit a form on this website that references this E-SIGN Consent, you agree that P50 Digital LLC may provide you with disclosures, notices, agreements, and other records in electronic form — by email, by text message, or by posting them on this website — rather than on paper. You also agree that your click or submission is your electronic signature, legally equivalent to a handwritten signature on paper.

2. Records covered by this consent

This consent covers records from us. Once you become a T-Mobile customer, T-Mobile provides its own separate electronic records consent for records relating to your T-Mobile account.

3. What you need to receive electronic records

To access and keep the records we send, you need all of the following:

If our hardware or software requirements change in a way that creates a material risk you could not access or keep your records, we will notify you and give you the chance to withdraw consent without any fee.

4. Getting a paper copy

You may request a paper copy of any record we provided electronically. Email support@switchto5g.com or call (844) 561-2258 with the record you want and your mailing address. We do not charge a fee for paper copies. Requesting a paper copy does not, on its own, withdraw your consent to receive records electronically.

5. Withdrawing your consent

You can withdraw this consent at any time, at no cost, by emailing support@switchto5g.com with the subject line "Withdraw E-SIGN Consent", including your name and the email address or phone number you gave us. You may also call (844) 561-2258.

Withdrawal takes effect once we have had a reasonable time to process it, and it applies going forward — it does not affect the legal validity of records we already provided electronically or of any electronic signature you already made. After you withdraw, we will send required records by mail, which may slow things down. Withdrawing E-SIGN consent is separate from opting out of marketing calls, texts, and emails; to stop those, see section 5 of our Privacy Policy.

6. Keeping your contact information current

It is your responsibility to give us a working email address and phone number and to tell us when they change. Email support@switchto5g.com to update them. If email we send is returned as undeliverable, we may treat that as a withdrawal of consent and switch you to paper.

7. Keeping your records

We recommend printing or saving a copy of every record we send you, including this page. We keep our own copies of consent records for at least five years, but we cannot guarantee that a record will remain accessible on this website indefinitely.

8. Your confirmation

By submitting a form on this website, you confirm that:

  • You have read and understood this E-SIGN Consent
  • You can access and retain records in the electronic formats described in section 3
  • You consent to receive the records listed in section 2 electronically
  • You agree that your click or form submission is your legally binding electronic signature
  • You are at least 18 years old
